Beans can be roasted/cooled from all directions 360° by rotating and bouncing the beans inside the roasting container with the force of the wind.

This product is roasted using a hot air method. Hot air is blown into the container, and the power of the wind rotates the coffee beans while heating each bean evenly, making it possible to roast in earnest.

The roasting container uses heat-resistant glass, so you can check the roasting progress from 360° at any time.
